Gift this holiday to our children with leukemia, so they can fully enjoy their childhood...

This Ramadan, you too can bring hope to children with leukemia through your donations of fitra, fidya, zakat, sadaqah, or any other contribution of your choice, bringing smiles to their faces.

Every donation you make to LÖSEV supports the treatment and education of children with leukemia. Throughout Ramadan, your fitra, fidya, zakat, sadaqah, or other contributions will help them hold on to life even stronger.

Fitra and Fidya Donation

“All children are born equal and deserve equal access to the best
treatments.” Guided by this principle, we provide completely
free treatment. With your Ramadan holiday donations, we meet
all the needs of our children with leukemia and their families, from
intensive care to blood and platelet transfusions, from life-saving
medications abroad to the refrigerators needed to store them.
We not only save their lives but also support them socially
to stay connected to life. In this month that strengthens the
spirit of giving between the wealthy and the needy, offering a
lifeline to a child with leukemia who cannot afford treatment
or to a struggling cancer patient, and bringing a smile
to their family, is one of the most beautiful acts of worship.

Food Aid Donation

While medications contribute 50% to the success of leukemia treatment, the remaining 50% depends on cleanliness and hygiene, a healthy and protein-rich diet, and maintaining a hopeful mindset. For this reason, we support our families throughout the year with aid packages, primarily food, ensuring they receive proper and sufficient nutrition. LÖSEV Social Services carefully assess the living conditions of families with children battling leukemia to identify their needs. The food packages, sent to these families at regular intervals, include essential and nutritious items such as rice, bulgur, tomato paste, olive oil, tea, and olives. These products are carefully selected from the most reliable brands and tested for quality before distribution.

Zakat Donation

The month of Ramadan is the sultan of the eleven months. In this sacred month, which holds great significance in the Islamic world, giving zakat is an important act of worship. Beyond essential needs and debts, zakat should be given from wealth that meets the nisab threshold to those in need. With your zakat donations during Ramadan, you can support the recovery of little children with leukemia and help feed a struggling family. Throughout the year, we provide essential aid to those in need, from food packages to toys, household items to financial assistance. By contributing, you can stand beside them and receive the heartfelt prayers of over 50,000 patients whose numbers continue to grow. Offering a breath of relief to a child with leukemia or a struggling cancer patient and bringing joy to their family is one of the most meaningful acts of worship you can perform.
