2. Can I receive information on how my donation is used?

Absolutely. LÖSEV is committed to transparency and regularly shares updates on how donations are utilized. Once your contact information is added to our database, you will receive our periodical publications where you can follow our ongoing projects and the impact of your support.

3. I made a donation last year but didn’t receive any feedback. Why?

In some cases, your contact information may not have reached LÖSEV correctly. Please reach out to us directly so we can verify your details. Also, please note that there may occasionally be delays caused by postal or shipping services beyond our control.
