Second-Hand Item Donations
At LÖSEV, we care deeply about the health and well-being of both our donors and the families we serve.
Therefore, we only accept durable goods and working electronic appliances in clean, functional condition.
Accepted items include:
refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, irons, bedroom furniture, sofas, bicycles, PlayStation consoles, and computers.
How to Donate
• Second-hand items must be delivered directly to the LÖSEV Foundation address.
• Electrical appliances and white goods must be in working, clean condition.
• Furniture donations are collected from the donor and delivered directly to families in need.
• Before donation, please contact our foundation to confirm suitability. Our Social Services team will schedule a visit to inspect the items.
• If approved, the items will be collected and distributed to families in need.
• Transportation and moving support are expected from donors.
• For donations outside Ankara, shipping costs must be covered by the donor; otherwise, items cannot be accepted.

Every property you donate supports medical treatment, accommodation, and education for children — helping them step into a future filled with hope. By donating a property, you can both contribute to children’s healthy and happy lives and ensure your name becomes part of this enduring legacy of goodness.
Evaluation Criteria
• Real estate donations made to LÖSEV are reviewed by the Board of Trustees according to the following criteria:
• The property must benefit children with leukemia.
• The title deed must exist, free of liens, mortgages, or debts.
• The property must not have inheritance or legal disputes.
• It must be located in a legally appropriate area (outside protected, flood, or expropriation zones).
Property Donation Methods
1. Donation via Title Deed Office
There are two ways to make a donation at the Title Deed Office:
Unconditional Donation
A LÖSEV representative accompanies the donor to finalize the process at the Title Deed Office. Ownership of the property is transferred directly to LÖSEV, with no remaining rights for the donor.
Donation with Usufruct (Right of Use)
• The donor transfers ownership to LÖSEV but retains the right to use the property until their passing.
• The donor may live in or rent the property but cannot sell or transfer it.
• After the donor’s death, full ownership passes to LÖSEV.
2. Donation by Will
If a donor wishes to leave their property to LÖSEV after death, a notarized will can be prepared.
For the will to be valid:
• A medical report from an official health institution must be obtained.
• The notary procedure must be completed on the same day as the report.
• The process requires an ID card, property deed, five photos, and two witnesses.
• The donor may send a copy of the will to LÖSEV to facilitate future legal processing.
• The notary informs the Population Directorate about the will.
• Upon the donor’s death and completion of the court process, the property is registered under LÖSEV’s name.

All requests are evaluated by our Board of Trustees, and results are communicated directly to the donor.
