At LÖSEV, we prioritize the health and well-being of both our valued donors and the families we support. For this reason, only durable household goods and fully functional electronic items are accepted as in-kind donations.
Accepted items include refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, irons, youth bedroom furniture, sofas and seating sets, bicycles, PlayStation consoles, and computers.
How Does the Donation Process Work?
- Second-hand items must be delivered directly to the LÖSEV Foundation address.
- Electrical appliances and white goods must be clean and in working condition.
- Furniture donations are collected from the donor and delivered directly to families in need.
- Prior to donation, donors are kindly requested to contact the Foundation to assess the suitability of the items.
- Following initial communication, our Social Services team schedules an appointment to conduct an on-site assessment of the items’ functionality.
- Items deemed suitable are collected and distributed to families in need.
Important Information
- Transportation and logistics support are expected to be arranged by the donor.
- For donations made from outside Ankara, shipping costs must be covered by the donor.
- Items sent without covering shipping costs cannot be accepted.
