              Memberships



              The focus of the International Confederation of Childhood Cancer Parent Organizations (ICCCPO), is on the cooperation and sharing of information and experiences around the world, so that all can benefit and become more effective in improving the treatment and care of children with cancer in their own countries. ICCCPO works with organizations such as the International Society of Pediatric Oncology (SIOP), UNICEF and WHO to raise awareness and provide an understanding of the problems encountered with childhood cancers.
              To date 158 organizations from 85 countries belong to this umbrella organization, and meet annually to share their knowledge and experiences, as well as discuss mutual strategies regarding childhood cancer.
              Attended Meetings
              Regional Meeting Asia
              Representatives from our Losev Foundation and hospital- LÖSANTE-, were invited to address the ICCCPO Regional Asia Meeting in Bali, Indonesia.
              They were warmly welcomed by the Indonesians and other participants from around the world. At the 3-day meeting, attended by the Minister of Health, they highlighted the positive effects, on both children and families,of the International Week for Children with Leukemia. The  importance of doctor-nurse cooperation in the treatment of leukemia was also emphasized.
              ICCCPO-SIOP ANNUAL MEETING
              At the annual meeting held in Mumbai, India, LÖSEV’s work and LÖSANTE’s success rate in the treatment of leukemia (above the world average ) was shared with hundreds of delegates from other nations, and received due praise. Turkey’s strategic, geographic position and advantages were also stressed, implying that, in conjunction with the fact that its service quality meets European standards, LÖSEV represents a model organization with the mission of building a bridge between East and West .
              LÖSEV will continue to be the illuminated face of modern Turkey in the international field. As loyal representatives, whether we travel near or far, we will continue to proclaim the success of Turkish medicine and its achievements in terms of child health and childhood cancers as best we can,with enthusiasm and great pride.
